Over the span of 8 months, we provided the zoo with high-quality rock work for three of their outside exhibits. For the Oryx exhibit, we created 2.650m2 rockwork as barriers and to create a natural landscape. The outlining of the giraffe exhibit has been constructed in the looks of a mud wall, serving now as a 2.050m2 natural barrier in the Savannah. To embellish the lion exhibit, our team sculpted ‘Kopjes’ rocks as a resting spot for the “lions in the morning sun”.
Additionally, barriers and tree logs added up to a total of 4.760m2 of shotcrete in the lion exhibit.
We set a new standard of excellence in theming by designing and executing the art of artificial rockwork. Our goal is to support our clients in the best way possible by offering services for every step of the way and thereby helping them create theming that rocks!
